The Town of Weston is an attractive suburban town less than 30 minute's drive to Boston. One of the most affluent communities in the state, Weston is known for its highly regarded school system and unique architecture. The town is proud of its open space, and maintains more than 60 miles of hiking and horseback riding trails, playgrounds, ball fields, golf courses, and cross-country skiing areas. In the summer months residents cool off at the town pool, Morse's Pond, and Valley Pond.

Residents enjoy easy access to major routes 128 and 495 and the Mass Turnpike, as well as convenient commuter rail access into Boston's North Station. Commuters can travel from Hastings Station (travel time 30 minutes; no MBTA parking) or Kendal Green (travel time 28-29 minutes; 100 parking spaces).

There are many opportunities to get involved in the community through organizations such as the Weston Land Trust, Women's Community League and Women's Community League Garden Club, Weston Juniors, Weston Newcomers Club, Weston Friendly Society of the Performing Arts, Weston Forest & Trails Association, Stitchers, Weston Women Who Work, and more. The town's recreation department offers drama workshops, a soccer league, skating club, youth basketball, Pop Warner, Little League, lacrosse club, summer camp, aquatics program, health and safety certification, and more.

Weston is home to Regis College, the Golden Ball Tavern Trust Museum, the Green Power Farm, Pope John XXIII National Seminary Library, and Cardinal Spellman Philatelic Museum. Places of worship in town include the Congregational Church of Weston (UCC), First Parish Church in Weston (Unitatrian Universalist), St. Peter's Episcopal Church, Wellesley Weston Chapter of Hadassah, and the Weston United Methodist Church.
